Previously owned for over three decades by businessman Peter Law, this sale marks an 8.6% appreciation in value.

This company was registered only three days prior to the transaction on 6th December, raising questions about its intentions, and possibly indicating plans for future asset transfers.

The original owner acquired the entire 23rd floor in December 1994 for around HK$235 million, with a total area of 13,742 square feet, demonstrating a modest appreciation over the years.
