5th September 2024 – (Hong Kong) At 6.39am today, a foreign national was discovered unconscious on the pavement outside 289 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai. Passers-by reported the incident after noticing the man was lying on the ground with what appeared to be a neck injury.
Emergency services arrived on the scene and detected a strong smell of alcohol emanating from the individual. He was subsequently transported to Ruttonjee Hospital for treatment. The exact circumstances surrounding his injuries are still under investigation.
