11th January 2025 – (Melbourne) One man has tragically lost his life and two others have been hospitalised following a knife fight at a park in Wyndham Vale, a suburb located approximately 30 kilometres southwest of central Melbourne, Australia.
Victorian police were alerted to the incident at around 11.30pm local time on Friday, responding to reports of a group of youths engaged in a brawl. Upon arrival, officers discovered a man suffering from a stab wound. Despite receiving medical attention, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two additional males were transported to hospital with injuries that are not considered life-threatening. Authorities have arrested four males in the vicinity who are currently assisting with the investigation. A crime scene has been established as detectives from the homicide squad begin their inquiries into the incident.
