Hanoi’s condominium prices reach six-year high in 2024

9th January 2025 – (Hanoi) According to a report by Vietnam News, the average primary selling prices of condominiums in Hanoi have reached their highest level since 2016, as confirmed by CBRE Vietnam, a leading international real estate services firm.

As of the end of the fourth quarter of 2024, the average price for condominiums in Hanoi stood at 72 million Vietnamese dong (approximately $2,836) per square metre of net saleable area. This figure excludes value-added tax, maintenance fees, and discounts. Notably, this marks a substantial increase of 36 percent year-on-year and 12 percent quarter-on-quarter.

The report also highlights a significant rise in new residential supply, with nearly 38,000 new units launched in Hanoi last year. This supply is three times that of 2023, representing the highest annual number of new launches recorded since 2020.Share
