2nd October 2024 – (Xinyang) A woman in Xinyang, Henan Province, has lodged a complaint against the Mingyang Hot Spring Resort after a maintenance worker reportedly entered her room twice using a key card while she was naked. The incident, which occurred on Sunday, 29th September, has raised serious concerns regarding hotel security and management practices.
The woman stated that she was awoken shortly after 8am when she discovered the door had been opened by the worker, who subsequently entered the room again. She expressed her shock and distress at the breach of privacy, emphasising that despite having locked the door, it was still accessible to outside personnel.
