6th January 2025 – (Hong Kong) Emperor Entertainment Group continues to foster a family-like atmosphere, especially following the success of their film The Last Dance, which has grossed over HK$100 million. During a celebratory banquet for the film, held last month, Dr. Albert Yeung expressed his joy and even joked about being “robbed” of his wealth. The gathering also served to celebrate the birthday of Kenny Kwan, who turned 44 on 30th December.

Kenny, appearing youthful and vibrant, was the focus of a surprise party organised by his manager, Mani Fok, alongside several fellow Emperor artists, including Jeana Ho and Michelle Wai. They presented a large cake, with Jeana humorously volunteering to fetch champagne, earning a playful jab from Mani about her drinking habits. During the celebration, Kenny expressed his gratitude to his colleagues and especially to Mani for her unwavering support since he joined the company.

In a playful moment, Mani encouraged Kenny to open an envelope containing a cash gift. To his astonishment, the envelope was filled with numerous HK$1,000 notes, amounting to an estimated HK$10,000. Mani exclaimed in surprise while Kenny, quick to show his appreciation, handed her HK$1,000, jokingly asking her to keep it a secret from the boss.

Dr. Yeung has a reputation for his generosity, previously gifting Rolex watches valued at nearly HK$200,000 and fine wines to his stars. He has even promised to provide a flat to director Chan Mou-yin, demonstrating his commitment to supporting his artists. As the celebrations continued, the camaraderie among the Emperor family was evident, highlighting the strong bonds within the entertainment group.
