17th January 2025 – (Hong Kong) A man in his forties fell victim to a vicious knife attack by another assailant on Sai Wan Ho Street in Shau Kei Wan. The victim sustained severe injuries to his hands and legs during the assault, leaving him in critical condition.
Upon receiving the distress call, emergency responders swiftly arrived at the scene. The wounded individual, identified as Mr. Leung, aged 48, was found semi-conscious and immediately rushed to the Eastern District Hospital for urgent medical attention. Meanwhile, local authorities have initiated an investigation into the victim’s background, the motives behind the attack, and are actively pursuing the perpetrator.
The assailant, after perpetrating the violent act, managed to flee the scene by boarding a private vehicle, eluding capture and leaving behind a trail of uncertainty. The case has now been taken over by the Anti-Triad Unit of the Eastern District Police, who are diligently working to bring the perpetrator to justice and ensure the safety of the community.
