5th September 2024 – (Hong Kong) A 46-year-old police officer, known by the surname Ip, was found dead after falling from a height at at Telford Gardens in Kowloon Bay. Emergency services were notified at 10.57am and confirmed that the individual had died at the scene, with no need for hospitalisation.
Initial investigations by police suggest that Ye fell from a residential unit within the complex. A suicide note was reportedly discovered at the scene, leading authorities to classify the case as a suspected suicide, pending further examination of the body to determine the official cause of death.
