15th January 2025 – (Hong Kong) The Leisure and Cultural Services Department has announced that the SmartPLAY system will undergo essential upgrades, leading to a temporary suspension of services from 11pm to 6am daily. This interruption will take place from 16th January (Thursday) to 24th January (Friday).
Users planning to access the system during this period are advised to do so before or after the designated suspension hours. The department emphasises that these upgrades are part of ongoing efforts to enhance service quality and user experience.
